Richard Campbell
Established for over 10 years, Richard works on location and in the studio creating images for clients in the arts, tourism, corporate and commercial sectors. He is a great believer in the power of professional imagery to promote a product or an organisation and works closely with clients so the image that they present to the world is the right one.
He originally studied and graduated in Theatre at Glasgow University before embarking on a photographic career. His love of the lens and drama made a natural combination and this element continues to feature in a lot of his work.
One of his major projects to date has been his exhibition 'Citizens@Work', which featured portraits of key people behind the scenes at the Citizens Theatre. The Scottish National Portrait Gallery purchased this in 2004.
His achievements include 6 International Photographic Awards and 12 Scottish awards, including the Press & PR Photographer of the year 2005 2006 and 2007. Richard is an Associate of the British Institute of Professional Photography (A.B.I.P.P.) and the Royal Photographic Society (A.R.P.S.), which are two of the main awarding bodies governing photographers in the UK.
Roberto Cavieres
Regular clients will already be well acquainted with Roberto, who has been working closely with Richard for the past few years, covering PR shoots for him, when he's been too busy to take them on himself. This has proved to be very successful as clients can always be assured of getting a very experienced and reliable photographer, often at short notice.
Roberto is originally from Santiago in Chile and came over to the UK to study photography at Napier University, where he completed a degree in 1991. Since then he has been specialising in editorial, commercial, PR and press photography. His commissions include work for the Herald, The List, The Sunday Post and Glasgow Rangers magazine as well as corporate work for clients such as Price Waterhouse Coopers, Glasgow City Council and Renfrewshire Council.
His personal work includes a solo exhibition of Glasgow's Latin American community, which was exhibited at the Glasgow Film Theatre.
